[TechAssist] PTK195 - Conv Menu Missing on OSD (note)

ADDED NOTE:
Problem Has got to be on the Convergence PS board (Same board that the
STK730-130 IC is mounted on) I replaced board with one from another chassis
and the Convergence Menu now works, so now I must isolate which components
on board are bad.
What: 52" Big Screen TV
Make: RCA
Model: P52927
Chassis: PTK195M1B
Problem: No Convergence Menu on the OSD
I've replaced R19703 (750k-1/4w 193334) and U19700 (Stk730-130 215530) and
still no fix!
Any experienced suggestions here??
