Bill payable of Ukraine exceeds bill receivable

On April 1, 2005 the bill payable of Ukraine formed 411,802,9 billions, the bill receivable – 319,855,2 billions UAH. It was said by State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine. According to it past-due bill receivable is equal to 71,121,1 billions UAH, past-due bill payable – 88,643,2 billions UAH.

The receivable bill of Ukrainian enterprises and institutions made 300,357,5 billions, the payable one – 366,930,9 billions UAH. Also the State Committee of Statistics specified that the bill receivable by the goods, jobs and services amounted 164,700,3 billions, by bills of exchange – 14,353,4 billions UAH, by budget – 15,781,1 billions UAH, by internal payments – 23,993,7 billions UAH, the other current debts – 81,529 billions UAH, reported "UNIAN."

The payable bill by the goods, jobs and services amounted 182,156,8 billions UAH, by bills of exchange – 37,491,4 billions UAH, by budget – 21,028,4 billions UAH, by internal payments – 36,944,9 billions UAH, by the insurance – 2,880,8 billions UAH, by the wages – 5,205,6 billions UAH, the other current debts – 77,223 billions UAH.

The State Committee of Statistics informed that the bill receivable by the subjects of economical activity of Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic states in the period from January 2005 till March amounted 4,968,7 billions UAH, the bill payable – 18,555,7 billion UAH. The bill receivable by the subjects of the economical activity of the other countries formed 13,529 billions UAH, the payable one – 26,316,3 billions UAH.

On March 1, 2005 the bill payable of Ukraine amounted 397,264,2 billions UAH, on January 1 – 395,132,5 billions UAH, the receivable one – 314,831,2 billions UAH, on January 1 – 312,784,2 billions UAH.

All that social spending by Yushchenko and Tymoshenko vs investments in business or cutting taxs has a cost, deficit spending. Bet those businesses that look like they will be renationalized aren't being run to well right now either. Probably being gutted.
