Oshkosh Truck Corporation Completes Public Offering Including Sale of Over-Allotment Shares

    OSHKOSH, Wis.--Nov. 24, 1999--Oshkosh Truck Corporation (NASDAQ-OTRKB) announced today that it completed a public offering of 3,795,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $26.00 per share. This number of shares included the sale of 495,000 shares pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option. The net proceeds to Oshkosh Truck from the offering were approximately $93.3 million after underwriting expenses. The underwriting syndicate was led by Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated.
