New cut down listing pages are available from http://www.ozsuper.com/ax/ax_start.php#Companies

To show only those companies that have Negative, Zero, Positive or NULL ON-Market growth for their latest trading day. This will provide a faster entry point to investigation. Once shown the selection filters can then be altered and re-shown.

Note: The refiltering of companies into complex queries is available to financial and logged in visitors.

Go play.

OzSuper comment / Re: Free registration countdown.... blast off
« on: July 19, 2005, 12:42:09 PM »
Oooh no, the door has now shut on free registration. It was a good long session for those quick enough to get in on the ground floor.

The prices are not only low, but a once only payment. That means not a monthly or even a yearly fee, just a once off "let me in now" type deal.

Don'y say you weren't warned.

OzSuper comment / Now also reporting WARRANTS for each company....
« on: June 17, 2005, 07:51:31 PM »
:D Further to the posts explaining the reporting of OPTIONS for each company. OzSuper is now reporting on WARRANTS for each company also, using a similar approach.

Further progress ensures OzSuper is a resource not to be missed, on your trading journey.

As an example, refer to the NAB home page...

OzSuper comment / Insights into page delivery....
« on: June 09, 2005, 02:29:07 PM »
Further to previous postings:

1) Some OzSuper pages (only a few of the biggies), DO take 10-20 seconds to fully render in your browser. Mostly this should not be viewed as a problem, but rather an indication of the quality data you're about the get.

These delays are not to be confused with the temporary performance issues, which hopefully will be resolved shortly.

2) As a HINT to performance. When your browser flashes into a full GREEN screen, the data is now under control of your local internet browser to render for you. This is a great indicator of where any performance delay may reside. If your local machine is under stress (running slow), this rendering logic can be slowed.

3) Rest assured that the site architecture and design have been developed for fast performance. This is clearly demonstrated by the speed of most of the pages that are small to medium size. There are only a few big berthers that take a wee little while.

These comments should help guide further posts on this subject.

:D for Tocix, and everyone else interested in OPTIONS...

Your request has kicked me into action on OPTION data. All company home pages will now query if options are available, either showing them or reporting that there are none.

For an example...
refer to the ALL home page (OPTION) portion...

http://www.ozsuper.com/ax_b/b_ALL.php#Options

Here's the pace... 2 days for a totally new site wide function. Sorry but still more to come. Go ahead challenge me with more mods.
(But best if specifics are provided).

OzSuper comment / web page performance...
« on: June 09, 2005, 02:14:02 AM »
  OK, I know there is a current problem causing slow page delivery. The reason for this is yet to be identified. Just don't blame OzSuper for this.

HINT... at the bottom of each page is the time duration taken to prepare the page, mostly sub second.

The delay will turn out to be either transmission or hosting delays. Apologies from us for the inconvience.
