Just some little changes to utilise rounded corners more, borders less.

I believe these changes push the page layout more friendly and a little less cluttered.

The access at present is via the Power Reporting button located at the top of all mainstream OzSuper pages.

NB. also the Power button has been promoted by shifting it towards the left of the pages. Rather than at the far right.
This is a major function that utilises the previous information with POWER.

This new page will collate the active ASX companies showing them within the month of the companies' latest price movement. The total is displayed as a hyper-link so we can drill down into the appropriate list of companies for that month.

Naturally most active companies will show in the current month, but not all. Some interesting ones showing no price price movement for some time.

PS. These functions work best for logged in members naturally.  :D

Just a reminder that these powerful functions are only operative when a user is logged-in.

For a guest, the functions will show, but will NOT be operative. The hyperlinks will deliver the user to the shopping cart to allow the purchase of OzSuper membership.

An exception to this:
is the small screen mobile device. These devices provide the user with an easy way of viewing OzSuper with full functionality.

Functions opened for use:
  • Column Name sort, both Ascending and Descending.
  • Column Filters acting on returned data
  • Initial Column pre sorted with for better results.
  • Field data masking dropped

Give it a try.  8)

So many enhancements done to the ASX Company Inquiry screen...

Changes:
  • Off Market Growth% and Latest Growth% columns have been reversed to better indicate that Off Market Growth% is an earlier date, with Latest Growth% being the latest price movement for this company.
  • Company Market Sector (GICS) FILTER has been changed from check boxes into a drop-down list. This greatly simplifies the visible page layout. Especially for small screen devices.
  • Date FILTER has been created onto the existing Date column. Also showing the number of companies that meet each YYYY-MM selection, within the drop-down list.
  • FORM filter bugs corrected to better "stick" previous selections.
  • Ascending/Descending sort options extended to the Date column.
  • Company counts inserted into the GICS drop-down list, as per the Date column
  • Date selection allowed on incoming URL, (as per above example), this will allow a powerful new matrix page to feed the DATE selected.
  • Percentage data changed from 4 places to the OzSuper standard of 1 place. This simplifies the data, and best shows the difference of Percentage (%) to that of an Money Amount ($).

These changes greatly speed up the use of this screen, simplifying it for the user.

There may be further enhancements in the near future for this PAGE, so stay tuned.  :D

The OzSuper.com war against Spammers has now stepped up a few notches.

Some measures taken with the help of the new SMF Version 2:

  • Multiple MODS added that refuse spammers from joining.
  • New members are defaulted into into a "Being Watched" member group. To show them they under on probation, and are subject to being banned/deleted.
  • Bulk power to Ban/Delete members in numbers.
  • Activation of the new SMF feature for Registration questions that must be answered. These weed out automated bots, and also emphasise the OzSuper SPAM policy.
  • High strength quality passwords required.

Again, to explain the SPAM policy on this board....

  • Posters must stay on topic.
  • Any links must not be excessive, and must remain subordinate to the value of the post.
  • Links may cause disciplinary action if on a sensitive topic: Porn, Sex, Drugs, even blatant marketing.
  • Any offending member WILL be banned/deleted without warning. Their posts also removed.
Otherwise have fun, post on topic and lets all benefit from the discussion.
